The Carolina Performing Arts Society National Advisory Board was created in 2005 to guide and support the
re-launched and expanded Performing Arts Series at Memorial Hall. The Board, led by Tom Kearns of Darien, CT, is committed to ensuring adequate resources for the arts at Carolina.
Its first initiative is to lead a campaign to match dollar for dollar a $5 million challenge gift made by the William R. Kenan, Jr. Charitable Trust by December 31, 2007.
