RESERVING MEMORIAL HALL/GERRARD HALL
Memorial Hall Requests to use Memorial Hall through December 2008 are currently being accepted. Requests for Spring 2009 will be accepted beginning at 8:00am on Wednesday, October 1, 2008. The average cost for an event by a University group in Memorial is $1,500-$3,000. Due to high demand, groups will be allowed only one Friday or Saturday use per semester. Rehearsals in general may only be accommodated on the same day as the event. All events must be booked at least three weeks in advance. Please use the reservation form to the right to submit requests. Reservation requests are filled in the order in which they are received.
Gerrard Hall Gerrard Hall reservation requests for dates through December 2008 are currently being accepted. Requests for Spring 2009 will be accepted beginning at 8:00am on Wednesday, October 1, 2008. The average cost for a University group to use Gerrard Hall is $200-$500. Due to high demand, weekend uses, rehearsals and non-performance events may be limited. All events must be booked at least three weeks in advance. Please use the reservation form to the right to submit requests. Reservation requests are filled in the order in which they are received.
Non-University Organizations On-campus groups have first priority for the use of Memorial Hall and Gerrard Hall. Non-University users may only reserve Memorial Hall or Gerrard Hall during breaks in the academic calendar or within 30 days of their event. All events must be booked at least three weeks in advance.
