How do I reserve Memorial Hall?

Because of the Transformation of Memorial Hall, use of the space is in high demand. Reservation requests for the Hall are accepted beginning in the semester prior to the event. Visit the Reservations page for more details. 

How do I return or exchange my tickets?

We do not offer refunds except in the case of a cancelled performance. If you find that you cannot use the tickets you purchased, consider donating them back to the Box Office so that no seats go unused.

Ticket exchanges are available exclusively to Carolina Performing Arts subscribers. Tickets may be exchanged up to one week before the performance date of the tickets that are being exchanged. Tickets must be turned on to the Memorial Hall Box Office before to receive new tickets. Exchanges are subject to availability. How do I book a tour of the Hall?

Where do I park for a performance at Memorial Hall?

Do I need a ticket for my young child or may I hold my children in my lap?

Children old enough to enjoy performances are welcome. A ticket must be purchased for any child attending a performance regardless of age. Children must be seated where a parent or guardian can supervise them. Babes in arms are not permitted.
