Subscribers may exchange tickets free-of-charge up to 48 hours before the performance. Non-subscribers may exchange single tickets for a $10 fee per ticket. You can call or email during normal business hours at 919.843.3333 or CPAtixquestions@unc.edu.
The value of the ticket(s) may be applied to the purchase of another performance or will be held as a CPA credit until the end of the 15/16 season. Credit must be redeemed by April 28th, 2016. All ticket credits remaining after April 28th, 2016 will be expired; credit may not be used for the 16/17 season. For information about exchanging tickets, please call Ticket Services at 919.843.3333 or email CPAtixquestions@unc.edu.
Unused tickets may be donated to CPA as a tax-deductible contribution until 48 hours before the published start time of the performance. Unused tickets that are returned after the performance are not eligible for a CPA credit or tax-deductible contribution.
Programs and artists are subject to change. If an artist cancels an appearance, CPA will make every effort to substitute that performance with a comparable artist. Refunds will be offered only if a substitute cannot be found, or in the event of a date change. In case of inclement weather, refunds will only be given if the performance is canceled. Handling fees are not refundable.
All tickets are subject to a North Carolina sales tax of 7.5%. For CPA performances, tax is not included in the listed ticket price.
All orders placed online via CPA’s website or over the phone through Ticket Services will incur a per order processing fee of $8. This fee is waived for patrons purchasing tickets in person at the Memorial Hall Box Office. Handling fees are not refundable.
All tickets purchased less than 10 days before the performance will be held at the Memorial Hall Box Office for pick-up and can be picked up anytime Monday through Friday, 10am-6pm. If not picked up before the evening of the performance, the tickets will be waiting at Will Call, which opens 90 minutes prior to curtain.
Call Ticket Services at 919.843.3333 to have duplicate tickets waiting for you at Will Call. Duplicate tickets cannot be mailed.
CPA makes every effort to begin concerts at the published start time. Latecomers will be asked to wait in the lobby and will be seated by ushers at a predetermined time in the program. The late seating break is determined by the artists and will generally occur during a suitable break in the program, designed to cause the least disruption to other patrons and the artists on stage. Please allow extra time to park and find your seats.
Please indicate any special needs or requests when you place your order. Accessible seating is available. Memorial Hall is equipped with infrared listening systems provided free of charge. We have a limited supply of headsets that should be reserved in advance. Accessible parking is also available. A fee for parking may apply.
All persons regardless of age must have a ticket for ticketed events; no babes in arms are allowed at performances. With the exception of The Nutcracker, children under the age of 5 will not be admitted to performances at Carolina Performing Arts. If you are unsure whether a performance is appropriate for your child, please consult our Ticket Services representatives at 919.843.3333.
