Staff Intro: Caitlin Poole, Artistic Coordinator

// Aug 23,2019

This season, we’re so excited to introduce you to the amazing CPA staffers that make our performances possible. They have as much time as it takes to walk from our business office to Memorial Hall to answer rapid-fire questions about their jobs, favorite places around the area, weekend plans, and more! First up, Caitlin Poole, Artistic Coordinator.

💼What do you do in your day-to-day at CPA?💼
Artistic Coordinators act as hosts to artists before they arrive and while they’re here. We make sure everything from rides and hotels to specific artist requests are taken care of so the artists can focus on their performance and campus experience.

❤️What’s your favorite part of your job?❤️
I love that it changes every day. There are always new people to meet and new experiences to have.

☕Where’s your go-to place for a caffeine kick?☕
The Meantime at the Campus Y.

☀️It’s a sunny Saturday afternoon. Where would we find you?☀️
Haha, probably indoors at my house sewing or kitting.

🎉Which performance are you most excited for this season?🎉
Oh, definitely Loch na hEala (Swan Lake) by Teac Damsa. Have you seen the trailer??

💡What’s the most memorable performance you’ve ever seen?💡
Kidd Pivot’s “Revisor” at CPA last season. I come from a theater background and it was a more theatrical dance performance. I’m also a writer, and I loved that there was a narrator who helped describe the writing process as the piece went on.
